How to STOP Spam in Your Blog?

I’ve been receiving tons of spam emails for the past 2 years and it keep increasing. Now, my blog has been place for spammers to blast their promotions and offers. It’s just sometimes too much to handle. I’m getting more than 40 spam comments on daily basis which I used to go through every one of them but no more. 
Too bad for those gave comments but wondering why it’s not appearing in my blog.
Sorry guys! I really cannot handle it anymore. Too many spam comments, sometimes up to 100′s of them.
The Early Years
On January 19, 1977, I was born in Historical City of Malacca, Malaysia. From the beginning I had this to be no.1 attitude and entrepreneurship in my blood, but I’ll get into that a bit later.
